Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is collected on this website, what it is used for, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Contact forms: name, email, phone number and any information you choose to share about your business. This data is processed by the form platform FullFunnel (data processor) and used exclusively to respond to your request.
Demo assistant (chat): the questions you type into the demo chat are processed to generate the reply and are not linked to your identity.
Browsing data: aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics, cookie-free) and, subject to your consent, usage data collected by the Meta Pixel.

3. Cookies and Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) only if you accept it in the cookie notice. The pixel uses cookies to measure campaign performance and enable more relevant advertising. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies; the website works fully without it.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to contact requests and proposals: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Anonymous website usage statistics: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Advertising and measurement via Meta Pixel: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Data retention

Contact data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell data. Data is shared only with the technical providers required to run the website: Vercel (hosting), FullFunnel (forms) and Meta (pixel, subject to consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the WhatsApp number above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
